Our Cold Plunge Suite:
We’ve created a calming and private Cold Plunge Suite for your exclusive use. The suite is equipped with everything you need for a rejuvenating experience, including towels and robes. Our Cold Plunge is maintained at a chilly temperature of around 50 degrees Fahrenheit, optimal for muscle recovery and metabolic activation. For best results, we recommend a plunge duration of 2-5 minutes.

After your plunge, you can shower off and transition seamlessly into a massage treatment or enjoy the warmth of our Infrared Sauna for a complete Contrast Therapy session. You can wear a swimsuit, athletic wear, or whatever you feel comfortable in—just remember, the cold water experience is all about challenging your body to adapt and recover!
