Cancellation and Expiry



Cancellation Notice:

Please provide us with 30 days' notice prior to your next auto draft to process your cancelation.

Service Expiry:
Unused services expire after 120 days.

After Cancellation:
Any unused services convert to account credit, redeemable towards a full-price service at the value of your membership.

No Refunds:

We have a firm no refunds policy on for membership dues or services.

Service Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a late cancellation, reschedule or a no-show (within 12 hours of appointment), your membership service will be deducted.

Can I Share/Gift My Membership Massages?



Memberships services are for personal use and cannot be shared or transferred.

However-

With your unlimited Additional Symmetry360 Massages perk you can gift a friend or family member with your membership rate (20%)

Membership Enrollment and Billing



Initial Commitment:
Our members begin with a 3-month commitment.

Month-to-month Flexibility:
After that initial period, members switch to a convenient month -to-month basis. Simply send a written cancellation request to: support@symmetrymassagedenver.com when you're ready to cancel.

Convenient Billing:

Membership fees are conveniently auto-drafted from your chosen bank or credit card each month.

Keeping Details Updated:

Ensure your details are current (expiry, changes, lost/stolen). Failure to update within 30 days may suspend your membership.

Service Accrual and Usage



Monthly Accruals:
Enjoy one massage service each month, which will expire 120 days after accrual.

Additional Benefits:
As an active member, additional massages of the same length are available at your membership rate.

Discounted Services:

Receive a 15% discount on extra services as a valued member.

Personal Use:

Membership services are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

Complimentary Services:

Unused complimentary Infrared Sauna/Cold Plunge services included with your membership do not carry over to the next month.

Track Your Services:

Check your accrued services and account details using our Meevo booking software.
