Due to the fluid nature of our current world situation we have been evaluating day-by-day how best to manage our operations. In light of Denver and Colorado restrictions to restaurants announced on March 16th and new evidence that suggests COVID-19 is contagious before any symptoms present we have determined that it is in the best interests of our community to temporarily close our locations.
Our closure will be effective: Wednesday March 18th - April 5th .
If you have an appointment during this tim we will be reaching out to you directly today to reschedule.
We have eliminated the expiration on 360 Club Member massages so that any of our Club members who were unable to use their massage sessions this month will still be able to use them in the future. We will also extend the expiration date of our recent Spring Special package to reflect the time we are closed.
As business owners the weight of this decision is heavy, it is not easy for small service industry businesses to weather this kind of disruption and even more difficult for our staff who depend on it for their lively-hood. We know this is a time of great uncertainty for everyone, and most businesses are being affected in one way or another. Some of you may also have lost some financial or health security. But in the face of all this uncertainty We take heart in the fact that all these things big and small: cancelling events, closing schools and businesses, taking more cleaning precautions or just choosing to stay home more.. are really all evidence of a community coming together to protect one another. People coming together can accomplish great things so, even if the world looks confusing it's also looking more united. So long as we continue to think about our community and connections with one another we will get through this together.
We thank you for your support and understanding during this time and we look forward to working with you again soon!
Kina, Celeste and your Symmetry Family
