UPDATE: 4/25/2020

So.. When can I get a Massage?.....

We have heard from many of you wanting to know when you can book your next massage!?

Earlier this week, with the announcement on Monday by Governor Polis allowing the return to precautionary operations for personal service businesses as of May 1st:  we had set a re-opening date of May 15th. We chose this date in order to give us enough time to re-connect with our staff and make any necessary adjustments to ensure we can operate as safely as possible and have been working all week to get the ball rolling again.

As of yesterday Denver and Jefferson County extended their stay-at-home and Non-essential business orders through May 8th. So while we are currently still operating under the May 15th time-line for our preparations this is a Tentative Re-Open Date that will be determined by the public health guidelines for our communities and our ability to implement best practice industry guidance for COVID-19 mitigation. (such as aquiring appropriate supplies)

If you have an appointment currently booked between May 1st and May 14th you will be recieving a call from us to reschedule to later in the month (or whenever is best for you). We will start calls Monday 4/27.

As we get closer to our tentative re-open date we will update you all if we are a "GO" or if we need to make further adjustments. We will also fully inform you of all the precautions we will be implementing as we finalize them.

We have eliminated the expiration on 360 Club Member massages so that any of our active Club members (THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!) who are unable to use your massage sessions during our closure will still be able to use them any time you like in the future.  If you would prefer to suspend your membership for the time being please email us at denver@symmetrymassagedenver.com and we will take care of that for you. We will also extend the expiration date of our recent Spring Special package to reflect the time we are closed once we know for sure what that is we will let you know of the new expirations dates.

In the mean time we are offering some online classes and workshops to help you all maintain your wellness through this challenging time. At least 1 of these each week is a Free class!  Remember that touch and connection is important and we encourage you to be creative with how you maintain your connections and focus on giving loving touch to those you live with. It is a proven stress reducer!!

We thank you for your support and understanding during this time. I don't know about you, but I really miss massage!!!  Stay well and we look forward to working with you again soon!

In Gratitude,

Kina, Celeste and your Symmetry Family

While we are not onsite to be able to answer a phone call, we will still be checking our email so feel free to reach out to us!

The governer last week added Massage Practices to a mandated closure of non-essential businesses and it seems doubtful that will be lifted early. Therefore our current closure has been extended until April 30th in line with current guidelines.

Since we do not have access to our phone system at this time: If you have an appointment in April we will be cancelling your appointment through our system and adding you to our list of clients to reach out to once we are able to reopen.

We have eliminated the expiration on 360 Club Member massages so that any of our Club members who were unable to use their massage sessions during out closure will still be able to use them in the future. We will also extend the expiration date of our recent Spring Special package to reflect the time we are closed.

Dear Clients,

Due to the fluid nature of our current world situation we have been evaluating day-by-day how best to manage our operations. In light of Denver and Colorado restrictions to restaurants announced on March 16th and new evidence that suggests COVID-19 is contagious before any symptoms present we have determined that it is in the best interests of our community to temporarily close our locations.

Our closure will be effective: Wednesday March 18th - April 5th .

If you have an appointment during this tim we will be reaching out to you directly today to reschedule.

We have eliminated the expiration on 360 Club Member massages so that any of our Club members who were unable to use their massage sessions this month will still be able to use them in the future. We will also extend the expiration date of our recent Spring Special package to reflect the time we are closed.

As business owners the weight of this decision is heavy, it is not easy for small service industry businesses to weather this kind of disruption and even more difficult for our staff who depend on it for their lively-hood. We know this is a time of great uncertainty for everyone, and most businesses are being affected in one way or another. Some of you may also have lost some financial or health security.  But in the face of all this uncertainty We take heart in the fact that all these things big and small: cancelling events, closing schools and businesses, taking more cleaning precautions or just choosing to stay home more.. are really all evidence of a community coming together to protect one another. People coming together can accomplish great things so, even if the world looks confusing it's also looking more united.  So long as we continue to think about our community and connections with one another we will get through this together.

We thank you for your support and understanding during this time and we look forward to working with you again soon!

In Gratitude,

Kina, Celeste and your Symmetry Family
