General Refund Guidelines:
Refunds are generally issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days once approved.
Services:
Because massage services are delivered in real time, services are non-refundable. However, adjustments or service credits may be issued at management discretion if a guest is dissatisfied with their experience.
Memberships:
Membership payments equal to one single session may be approved for refund within 30 days of the original charge, subject to manager approval. Unused sessions remain on the member’s account for future use while the membership is active. Unused sessions may also convert to account credit upon request if membership is cancelled. Please see membership terms for details.
Packages: :
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase.
- 50% refund available up to 30 days from purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
For package refunds, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect any used portions or services, which will be deducted at the full single-service price rather than the discounted package rate. Packages are transferable and retain their remaining monetary value toward current service pricing.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash (unless required by state law). They may be transferred to another individual and retain their original monetary value.
Retail Products :
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in original packaging and saleable condition.
Opened products may be exchanged for store credit if defective or if an adverse reaction occurred.
