Cancellation Notice:
Please provide us with 30 days' notice prior to your next auto draft to process your cancelation.
Service Expiry:
Unused services expire after 120 days.
After Cancellation:
Any unused services convert to account credit, redeemable towards a full-price service at the value of your membership.
No Refunds:
We have a firm no refunds policy on for membership dues or services.
Service Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a late cancellation, reschedule or a no-show (within 12 hours of appointment), your membership service will be deducted.
