We are back in business, but things will be a little different for a while. We have been carefully monitoring all COVID-19 updates  and adhering to the guidelines that are set by the Centers for Disease  Control, World Health Organization, and local health departments for our industry and are following all recommendations to operate responsibly. 


We are getting vaccinated to maintain the safest environment and interactions possible. We cannot choose time of vaccination appointments - merely adapt to what is available. As we are doing our best, but sometimes not possible to get last minute therapist coverage, there may be the need to reschedule appointments. Thank you for understanding!

In addition:  

  • We are all wearing face coverings while at work! (and many other places as well)

  • We are doing daily checks for symptoms and elevated temperatures prior to starting work

  • We are staggering all appointment booking times to reduce the number of people arriving or leaving at the same time 

  • As Always, we are still washing our hands before and after each client.. and also a bunch more times through the day - from the moment we arrive :) 

  • We have hand sanitizer in each room for us and you!


For the safety of our staff and other clients We are asking you to do a few things to assist us.


What we are asking you to do:

** If you are part of a vulnerable population we recommend talking to your healthcare provider prior to booking a session. (This is a recommendation only, we do not require any additional Dr.'s notes than usual)

  • We require all staff and clients to wear masks at this time to protect our entire community. If you are unable to wear a face covering during your service, due to health reasons, we suggest not to come in at this time. 

  • You will need to complete a wellness screen and a waiver prior to your appointment (will be sent to you electronically)

    • Please be prepared to have your temperature taken with our “Non-Contact Digital Forehead Thermometer” upon entering.

  • Please wash your hands when you arrive prior to your session

  • When you arrive please remain outside or in your vehicle and call us to let us know you are here! - We will call or text you when your therapist is ready for you

  • Please update your credit card on file to allow for contactless payment after your session

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you feel sick, live with someone who is sick, or have been exposed to  Covid-19.

**Cancellation fees for COVID related reasons will be waived for this period.

All the details! - What you can expect during your appointment

Symmetry Cleaning Procedures

 When you walk in, we will have disinfected the door surface as well as handle, the face rest of the table, the chairs and tables in the rooms. As always, we have fresh linens for each client (which are sanitized when laundered). We have removed the extra cushioning on the face rests to allow for easy disinfection.

All High touch common areas are also disinfected between each client: Doors handles, bathroom surfaces, tables, handrails, water dispenser, etc. 

We have hand sanitizer in each treatment room and each common room

All low traffic and low touch spaces are cleaned and disinfected every 3 hours.


Scheduling: ** Currently online booking is NOW available for appointments!

  • All appointments will be scheduled with a 15 minute off-set to reduce the number of people in the common areas.

    • **Couple’s massages are now available for booking!

  • We will require a current credit card on file in order to schedule to allow for contactless payment at the front desk


Canceling your appointment 
We understand that things come up from time to time.  We ask that you please provide at least 12 hours of notice when canceling appointments.  This time ensures that we can keep the appropriate amount of staff ready to provide the best service.  ***please note if appointments are canceled on short notice, less than 12 hours, there will be a $25 late cancel fee applied.  


Waiting Rooms

  • We ask that you not handle any retail products yourself, if you would have questions or would like to purchase anything please let the concierge know!

  • Areas in the waiting room will have taped sections to mark what is 6 feet of distance from each seat

  • We have marked off a semi-circle 6 ft from the front desk chair, so you know how far to stand from the desk

  • We will not be able to accommodate extra people in our waiting rooms – Please do not bring anyone with you for our visit unless this has been pre-arranged

  • High touch surfaces will be disinfected after each client



Arriving for your appointment

  • when you arrive please remain in your vehicle or outside and call the front desk to let them know you are here.

  • Your Concierge will call or text you (your stated preference) when the previous client has left and we are ready for you!

  • You may then enter the building and we can get you water/tea

When entering the building

  • WELCOME! Sadly no hand-shakes or hugs for now...And maybe you can’t see our smile behind our mask... but know that we are happy to see you!

  • We ask that you wear a mask for the duration of your time in the building

    • We can provide a cotton mask for you if you do not have one of your own

  • Upon entering we ask that you immediately head to the restroom to wash your hands for 20 seconds (the bathroom is disinfected after each person)

  • Complete a wellness screen/waiver


Wellness Screening

In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 We are requiring a wellness screen for everyone entering the building. Our staff will each complete one daily prior to their shift. We ask that you also complete a wellness survey and agree to have your temperature taken with a contactless thermometer.  We also ask that you initial and sign a waiver.  If you have an elevated Temperature (100.4° or greater) Or answer “yes” to any of our health screening questions or do not want to complete our waiver we will not be able to complete your session. You will not be charged anything for your appointment and may reschedule for a later date **These will be sent to you electronically prior to your appointment


In your Session

  • Your therapist will have a mask on for the duration of your treatment and we ask you to keep yours on as well.

  • If you prefer your therapist to perform your session with gloves on, they will happily accommodate that request. (wearing gloves all the time tends to make people overconfident with touching things and less diligent with hand washing which is why we do not have this as an all-the-time policy)

  • We will have hand sanitizer in each room in case you would like some at any point or if you want to request at any time that your therapist use it.

  • We will not be able to do any face massage for the time being, but we can still do great work on your scalp and neck!

  • As hands are the most likely area to accidentally have touched your nose/mouth/eyes - Your therapist will use hand sanitizer on their own hands prior to touching your hand and will again sanitize after finishing any hand work.

  • If at any time you need to sneeze or cough for a non-COVID related reason (dust or allergies) please do so into a tissue and throw it into the trash can and then use the hand sanitizer on your hands.

  • If at any time your therapist needs to sneeze or cough for a non-COVID related reason (dust or allergies) they will take a tissue, step out of the room and wash their hands in hot water for 20 seconds before returning to the room.

  • As always, if at any time you do not want to continue the session you may let your therapist know and you will only need to pay for the time that has been completed.

After your Session

  • If you prefer to leave a cash tip please place in into one of the small envelopes, we have in the treatment room and leave it on the table.

  • After you have dressed from your session we ask that you simply crack the door open so your therapist knows you are ready.

  • Please use the hand sanitizer if you have touched your face or adjusted your mask while getting up

  • Your therapist will re-enter the room for any post-session discussion

  • When you leave the treatment room please wash your hands for 20 seconds

  • Your therapist will walk you back to the front desk

    • Sadly no hand-shakes or hugs for now- but know that we are happy you are here!

  • Please stand outside the 6 ft radius as marked from the front desk

  • Please practice social distancing from any other clients and staff where possible

  • The Concierge will assist you in booking another appointment if you like

  • We will use the credit card on file to process any payments or gratuities at your direction

    • If you need a receipt we can email you a copy

    • If you prefer to leave a cash tip please place it into a tip envelope and return it to the treatment room you were in for your therapist
