I graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in New Jersey in 2012. It was there that I really found my passion for sports medicine/therapy. This particular school setting was placed in a rehabilitation center in a hospital, therefore our practicals were performed on the nurses. I was hooked! I worked for a year and was able to find my groove with deep tissue. I worked on a few Jets football players which was challenging, but I enjoyed it a lot! Then I got an itch to travel and take my practice outside of New Jersey. I moved to Phoenix Arizona and continued to study. I attended some classes at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe Arizona and learned the more eastern side of the massage world. I was again hooked! It amazed me how many directions I could take with my career! I took the MBLEX and started working with a chiropractor as well as a day spa. I had the best of both worlds! But I got the itch again...so here I am in Denver! I specialize in sports therapy and deep tissue. I might be small, but I promise I pack a punch!
