Kristy

Kristy, a Boulder, CO native, discovered her love for travel and the ocean through family visits to Florida while growing up. At 16, she embarked on a transformative journey as an exchange student in Brazil, igniting her passion for living abroad. After returning for her senior year, she attended college in Florida, where she pursued her love of photography and art, while studying abroad in Italy and Greece. Following graduation, Kristy moved to Vancouver, BC, where she combined her interests in photography and film at Vancouver Film School, leading to a successful career in Visual Effects. Over the past 10 years, her personal experiences with integrative health have deepened her interest in functional and regenerative medicine. Inspired by her journey, she became a licensed Reiki practitioner and explored various healing modalities in her free time. Now back in Boulder, Kristy is excited to share her love for nature, cold plunges and integrative health, helping others navigate their own paths to wellness while fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.
